OXYVITA Inc. is a privately-owned company, founded in 2003 by a group of professionals from the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. The company's mission is to act as a Biotechnology Incubator. OXYVITA Inc. operates out a custom-built facility in Middletown, New York. The laboratory is fully-equipped for Research and Development, as well as small-scale production.
